The Gear VR headset cover from VR Cover is by far the best choice if you are looking for a sturdy, sleek and affordable cover for your Gear VR. In my opinion it actually looks better than the covers they sell for the Rift, Vive and Index, not only is the design nicer to look at but the texture actually feels a lot better quality on this cover. This version of the cover works with both consumer versions of the Gear VR. The fact you get two covers is also a nice bonus, as with other headsets you usually only get a single cover unless you’re buying a set.

I did find the material on this cover to feel much softer than the original foam, that said, the Gear VR was always relatively comfy for me to wear. The added hygeine however is welcomed even more, as these covers are much easier to slip off and wipe down when they get dirty.
